| SURRENDER / CANCELLATION |
| In case of surrender/cancellation, the amount of deposit shall be refunded without any interest after 60 days of cancellation and deduction of Rs 20,000/- of the total deposit amount towards service and processing charges. |
| PENAL INTEREST |
| If the amount is not paid within the prescribed time limit, a penal interest of 2 % per month should be payable along with the amount due for the first month. The interest amount will increase to 3 % per month for the second and third installment default. |
