Doors :

Doors frames shall be of salwood of suitable section the entry door shall be Teakwood. All other door shutter is of company made flush door of reputed brand

Windows :

Windows shall be a powder coated glazed aluminum frames with protective M.S. grills having sliding

Electrical :

All electrical wiring with premium brand for resistance insulated copper wire/cable in concealed conduct to wall, ceilling etc. adequate no. of light points, fan points & 5 Amp & 15 Amp plug shall be provided of Finolex brand

Roof Height : 10'. including roof

Boundary wall :  4' height on cll sides of premises with M.S. Grill gate

Sewerage : Proper sewerage and surface drain shall be provided as shown in original plan

Plumber : All water lines to be concealed and G.I./P.V.C pipe with outlet sockets as follows :

Kitchen with 2 points with bibcock. Latrine and Bathroom water lines with C.P. Bibcock, one shower point with shower rose, one point of Geyser, C.P. concealed stopcock shall be fitted wherever required.
