Ceramic tiles flooring. Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and glazed tiles dado up to 3 ft. above kitchen platform

Toilet:
Indian & Western type toilets with glazed designer tiles up to 7 ft. height with standard sanitary wares and C.P. fittings

Electrical:
Concealed copper wiring of Finolex/Anchor or equivalent make with adequate no’s of points for lights,fans,A.C., Chimney, geyser etc. as per architect’s drawing, modular switches of standard quality

Painting  
Internal-Tow coat emulsion distemper over two coats of putty on inside walls
