Structure : Structures shall be of pile/ column foundation i.e. Columns, Beams, Lintel, Chajja & RCC slabs
RCC Works : RCC in 1:2:4 with 12 mm to 20 mm sizes chips for roof, Beams, Columns, Lintel(part), Chaja, St. case steps etc will be provided.
Walls : Outer and Interior walls will have Best Quality Red Bricks.
Floorings : Floorings and Balconies & all internal area shall be Best quality Marbles.
Kitchen : Modular type Kitchen with Granite cooking platform, tile cladding upto 2'6" height and stainless steel sink, Boiled water proof grade laminated particleboard overhead cabinets with Electric chimney & exhaust system.
Doors : Door frames will be of Seasoned Salwood of suitable sections: the entry door shall be Teakwood. All other door shutter is of company made flush door of reputed brand. Toilet door frames & panels are made of PVC.
Windows : Windows will be a Powder Coated glazed aluminum frames with protective M.S. grills having Sliding opening system which will give you a full airtight protection for Air Conditioners.
Toilet : Glazed Design tiles on wall cladding up to a height of 7'0", European W/c in the toilets and all toilet fittings will be from reputed Brands Like Parryware/Hindware and all the CP fittings will be from Jaquar or like that brands in the market.
Electrical : Concealed conduct wiring using best quality copper conductor (Anchor/Finolex) and electrical accessories (Anchor) excluding electrical fixings. Switch Boards of all bed rooms, drawings & dinning will have a 5Amp. plug point apart from low level 5 Amp Plug. Master bedroom will be provided with 15 Amp plug for AC and another 15 Amp plug in master Toilet for a geyser. Call bell will be in the Main gate, Gate light point. Any extra point shall be charged extra.

Boundary walls : 5' Height on all sides of the premise with Ms Grill Designed Gate
Sanitary Works : Toilet in Ground Floor shall be of Indian W/C and both the toilets in first floor shall be European W/C, master toilet have the facility of wall mixture, hot and cold water provision, Wash basin. Remain all the toilet will have necessary tap connection as well as shower connection. Wash Basin will be provided near dinning Hall. No wash basin connection for two toilets except master toilet. Steel sink with one side drain board in Kitchen.
Swerage : Proper Swerage and surface drain will be provided as per the plan provided
