Incredible India launches new township project

HYDERABAD: Incredible India Projects Pvt Limited has announced the launch of a satellite township project about 59 km from the metropolis of Hyderabad.

Located on a 250–acre site close to the Hyderabad-Karimnagar highway, initially 10 acres would be taken up for development and later other aspects of the project are to be taken up in a phased manner, according to Praveen Kumar Nedungadi, Chief Operating Officer of Incredible India Projects Limited.

Addressing a press conference, Praveen Kumar said that the project named Awesome Adda, will be their fourth such venture and is aimed at catering to middle class purchasers. Its other ventures named Sparrow Shore Avenue, Wild Stone Premium and Wildstone Brob are located near Hyderabad.

Actress Amita Piyush Motwani, Mrs India International 2013, unveiled the project logo in the presence of V.T.Vijay Kumar, Director of the company.

The land will be sold at Rs 1667 per sq.yard as an inaugural offer. This will be hiked to about Rs 2000 per sq.yd early next year. The company plans to acquire 150 acres more contiguous to this venture and develop it in a phased manner over next four-five years, he explained.
