DELHI: DHFL, India’s second largest private housing finance company, today announced an exciting offer on its Home Loan products exclusively for women customers. Under the ‘DHFL Home Loan for Women’ offer, all single / first woman applicants who are also the sole / co-owners in the property will be eligible for a 25 bps (0.25 per cent) waiver on the rate of interest. This scheme can be availed at any DHFL office across 456 locations in India till March 25th 2014. All customers who avail of the home loan during this period will be eligible for a 25 per cent discount on processing fees.
