DELHI: The Clash of the Condominiums has come to the deciding stage. A survey conducted by the Indian Market Research Bureau in association with The Times of India has identified 15 finalists among 150 societies that will vie for the honour of being among the best five places in the city to live in.
The survey, conducted since December, has thrown up interesting facts about top-of-the-line condominiums in Gurgaon.
One of its objectives was to analyze the differences of perceptions about these apartments and real-time infrastructure offered by them. The residencies were categorized and judged on the basis of parameters like infrastructure, amenities, maintenance charges, safety, interaction between neighbours and performance of RWAs among others.
The 15 finalists are JalVayu Towers, Hamilton Court, DLF Park Place, Aralias, Orchid Petals, The World Spa, The Laburnum Complex, Gurgaon One, Raheja Atlantis, Vatika City, The Close North, Belvedere Towers, Ridgewood Estate, Wellington Estate and Sispal Vihar AWHO Society.
While most societies have come through with some strong points unique to them, the best five will be judged on the basis of consistency in terms of infrastructure, safety and maintenance costs. The winners will be announced in our March 19 edition.
