NOIDA/GHAZIABAD: The four states polls outcome have floated a new wave of expectation in the UP' industrial and real estate sector. The experts believe that the clear mandate will lead to economic growth. The experts believe that the market is sentimental and will respond very soon, that possibly breach all time high.

While the residents said that these elections results are alarming signal for those parties, who so far believe that money, muscle, actor and caste factors are the wining formulas of elections. The historic performance of AAP have strengthen the power of Aam Aadmi.

The industries are hoping that this will leave positive impact on the market, which was reeling under slump. The Indian economy had witnessed the revival signing with the out of exit polls. The S&P BSE benchmark sensex had rallied by 369 points after exit polls predicted a strong showing by the BJP in recently-concluded Assembly elections in four states.

"For the last few months the Indian real estate was witnessing major down. Even the exit polls of four states assembly elections had left the positive impact on the Indian market. We are hopeful that the real estate market, which provides bread and butter to crores of people of this country would be revived soon," said RK Arora, CMD Supertech and vice-president CREDAI (Western UP).

"There is no doubt that the clear mandate will pumped the market. The positive signing will be visible in the coming days," Arora said.

"This is new beginning of an era. The elections results will help in generating positive sentiments in the market. The positive sentiment was missing from the market, which is why some sectors were not doing well. With the functioning of the new governments, the market will witness more growth and strength," said Amit Gupta, MD, Orris Infrastructure and member Assocham.

"Delhi election has churned out the Indian politics. AAP has proved that anti-incumbency factor will be day of past. For that last one and half decade no big industry has associated its name with Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, which is called as industrial hub of Uttar Pradesh. Credit goes to poor infrastructure, maligned law and order and gunda and jungle raj. We are sure that clear mandate in the four states and historic performance AAP will impact the NCR region also but AAP is need to venture in other parts of Uttar Pradesh," said Aditya Ghildiyal, president, AGNI (Association of Greater Noida industries).

"The residents are fed with the large scale corruption and jungle raj in the Uttar Pradesh. Politicians are engaged in divide and rule policy but this is an alarming signal for all politicians and political parties, who believe that muscle, money, caste and actor factors are winning formula in the elections. We are eager for Arvind and his party entrance in Uttar Pradesh and other backward states, where the politicians are humiliating public by fighting elections on the basis of caste and power. Delhi election is model for the entire nation and we hope that people of this country learn something with Delhi election historical result," Amrita Singh, another resident from UP's NCR.

There are people who believe that for AAP performing at par to Delhi in Uttar Pradesh will not be an easy task, where caste and anti-incumbency factors play major role in the elections. "Compared to other parts of the country, Delhi has record literacy rate. People are loaded with technology and internet facilities. If AAP would be able to perform historic win in states like Uttar Pradesh, then it will clean the Indian politics," said Sagrika, a Noida resident.
