NAVI MUMBAI: Congress corporator Dashrath Bhagat has submitted a letter to chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, asking for implementation of 2.5 FSI approval for dilapidated buildings in civic area. He demanded that 2.5 FSI be implemented by issuing a government notification before the code of conduct comes into effect.

Dashrath Bhagat said, "The urban development department should provide relief to the citizens by issuing a government notification so that the 2.5 FSI can be implemented. If the decision is not taken as per demand, then Navi Mumbai District Congress Committee will protest against the state."
