Credai Odisha Plantation Drive " Green Makes The Differences" on occassion of Bana Mahotsav


BHUBANESWAR: CONFEDERATION of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI), State chapter in association with Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today started a plantation drive called, 'Green makes the difference', on the occasion of 'Bana Mahotsav.

CREDAI has decided to plant trees on the stretch from Unit-8 DAV Public School to CRP Square of the city.

Speaking at the occa­sion, joint secretary CREDAI-National, DS Tripathy said, "CREDAI is going to develop greenery from Unit-8 DAV Public School to CRP Square. Besides, we will also do beautification and mainte­nance work."

The plantation work on the stretch completed within 15 days at an esti­mated cost Rs 5 lakh. The drive was started with 43 samplings being planted today.

Mayor BMC, Ananta Narayan Jena, Member of Parliament, Prasanna Kumar Patasani, Member of Parliament, Siddhanta Mohapatra, Surendra   Nath Naik  Vice chairman of Odisha Planning Board, Odia Cine star Akash Dasnayak, Pintu Nanda, Odia actor Debasis Mishra and Samaresh Routray were among those present on the occasion.Credai State Chapter Chairman R.N Kar, President Binay Krishna Das,Vice President - Ashish Das , Ashok Kumar Patnaik, Joint Secretary - Nishith Ranjan Nanda, Suryakanta Nanda, Tresurer - Sangram K. Sahoo, Youth Convener - Pankaj Motwani and Members planted tree on the Occassion.
