BHUBANESWAR: Dilip Kumar Patra, MD of Narayan Agencies and Estates Pvt Ltd, was on Saturday elected as the president of Credai Odisha for a two-year term for 2014-16.

An election conducted here by the Credai Odish also named Partho Biswal, MD of Life Style Properties Pvt Ltd and Swadesh Routray, MD of Saswat Infrastructures Pvt Ltd as vice presidents. Similarly, Sangram Sahoo, MD of GS Infrprojects and Properties Pvt Ltd has been named as general secretary and Umesh Khandelwal, MD of Khandelwal Griha Nirman Pvt Ltd  and Himanshu Sekhar Nayak, MD of Shreya Infrastructures Services Pvt Ltd as joint secretaries.

Similarly, Mr. Sandeep Mohapatra, Partner, M/s. Shivani Homes ; Mr. Manoranjan Nayak, M.D. M/s. Badshah Constructions (P) Ltd; Mr. Susant Ku. Rout, M.D. M/s. Kalvik Builders Pvt. Ltd; Md. Khalid, M.D. M/s. Majestics Builders & Developers (P) Ltd; Mr. Antaryami Badu. C.M.D., M/s. Citicon Engineers Ltd; Mr. Pabitra Ku. Mahapatra, M.D., M/s. Shogun Infra Projects (P) Ltd; Mr. Dipak Mohanty, C.M.D., M/s. Appolo Infraprojects Ltd; Mr.  Sashi Sekhar Garabadu,  Safal Construction  Pvt. Ltd. were elected as managing committee members.


Besides, various committees such as Consumer Redressal Forum [CRF],  CSR , Events & Branding , Legal have also been formed to take forward the objectives of the Credai-Odisha in a more effective manner.

R.N.Kar, Madhu Mohanty, D.S.Tripathy,  B.K Das and Manoj Sahu have been selected in Advisory Board of the association for the two years from 2014- 2016.
