LUCKNOW: Eliminating brokers who take away a large commission for every deal in the real estate sector, Paarth Infrabuild Ltd has launched a mobile based app which will help subscribers to select and book properties of their choice.
COO, Paarth Infrabuild, Neelima Saxena said "this is one of its kind app we have launched. No real estate company offers such a service. The app will enable users to look at various property options, go through their maps, layouts and also the status of construction. They can then book the property through the app and also make EMI payments through it".
The app will not only give regular updates about the progress of construction of selected properties but also alert users about EMI payment dates etc, said Soumya Das, Director RIPL.
The app has been exclusively built for Paarth Infrabuild by RIPL Rudrabhishek Infosystems Ltd and has been designed for use of all stakeholders including buyers, sellers and associates.
"Those booking a property through the app will also get a special discount. It will eliminate the need for a broker or middleman and make things more transparent between the buyer and seller" said Soumya Das.
