Hyderabad:  The high power delegation from the State headed by Capital Region Development Authority special commissioner N. Srikanth held discussions with Singapore Government and representatives of Centre for Liveable Cities on Tuesday. The delegation comprising Vijayawada City Police Commissioner A.B. Venkateswara Rao, Municipal Commissioner G. Veerapandian and other members got down to work immediately on arrival in the Island nation. Various issues like construction of buildings and houses and environmental impact of the upcoming development projects, establishment of industries and allied units, transportation and solid waste management form part of the agenda of the delegation.

The delegates visited Keppel Seghers waste-to-energy plant.
