Kolkata: Credai Bengal in association with The Telegraph has organized the 2nd Edition of the CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2015 on 19th March 2015 at The ITC Sonar, Kolkata, where winners across 14 categories were chosen.


These awards, instituted last year, not only celebrated those who stood out for their remarkable contribution to real estate in the past year, but also, once again raised the bar, setting a new benchmark for the overall real estate sector in the state.

The winners across 14 categories were chosen by an independent 5-member jury, comprising of eminent architects, technocrats, designers and consultants, from a pool of 40 nominees shortlisted from the total number of submissions from CREDAI Bengal affiliated real estate developers. 

The Winners of this year's CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards are  - Best budget housing project (1 lakh sqft to 4 lakh sqft) - Sugam Sabuj, Best mid-segment housing project (I lakh sqft to 4 lakh sqft) - Hiland Lake Town, Best mid-segment housing project (4 lakh sqft to 10 lakh sqft and above)- Hiland Willows, Best luxury housing project (50,000 sqft and above)- Fort Legend, Best boutique housing project (50,000 sqft to 1 lakh sqft)- PS Promenade, Best commercial project (above 1.5 lakh sqft)- Synthesis Business Park, Best brochure - PS Zen, Best commercial project outside North and South 24 Parganas - City Centre Haldia, Best upcoming budget residential project - Siddha Waterfront, Best upcoming mid segment residential project - PS – Srijan Panache, Best upcoming luxury residential project – Swarnamani, Best upcoming commercial project- Merlin Acropolis, Best green project – Astitiva, and Best internet portal - Space Group.
