Bhubaneswar: January 12, 2013: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association Of India [CREDAI], Odisha Chapter is going to organize a property show from 19th Jan to 21st Jan 2013 at Hotel Swosti Premium, Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar.

President Credai Odisha Shri D.S.Tripathy during briefing to the press today stated that this Expo will provide an opportunity for real home seekers with developers offering housing of various ranges in different locations. This part, it will show case housing of varied price range and amenities. There will be also a special attractive offer for the houses at the Expo.

Besides the expo, Credai is organizing seminars on various topics related to real estate by bringing policy makers and other stake holders to ensure more clarity and accountability in this sector.

As Credai is always committed to Transparency and Reliability, it has carved out a special niche for itself by creating a new space in realty sector across the country. The whole idea is to instill confidence on developers’ fraternity by resolving the consumer disputes in its redressal forum and implementing code of conducts for its members.
