Mumbai: Dosti Group, a leading real estate developer in Mumbai has introduced a special offer on home loans at just 7.99%, for its customers on their projects. Dosti Group’s latest offer will help reduce the overall cost of home buying by reducing the buyers’ home loan interest burden to 7.99% for next three years, as compared to prevailing interest rate of up to 10.50%.
This offer has a potential to help customers save up to 2.50% of the home loan amount for 3 years that they borrow in addition to an interest rebate which comes in the form of reimbursements from Dosti. Taking customer’s desire for flexibility into account; Dosti has also made it possible for the scheme benefits to be availed as an upfront cash rebate. During the offer period if the home loan interest rate increases beyond 10.50%, Dosti Group will reimburse the additional increased interest amount, to their customer.
This offer is open to all home buyers and applicable to any institute where the interest rates are up to 10.50%. The reimbursement shall be done for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of booking the apartment. Buyers need to book the homes before 28 February 2015 to avail the offer. This offer is applicable on projects Dosti Ambrosia(Wadala), Dosti Imperia(Thane) and Dosti Vihar(Thane).
