Godrej Properties plans to launch 14 projects in FY16
These new launches will be across the country with main focus on Mumbai and National Capital Region

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, is looking to launch a total of 14 projects during the current financial year ending March 2016, said a top official of the company. 
"These new launches will be across the country with main focus on Mumbai and National Capital Region," Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director & CEO told ET. "We entered into five new deals during the financial year gone by and new launches with right product mix has helped us in robust performance." 
Godrej Properties clocked its highest ever annual residential sales with booking area growth of 69 per cent to 3.6 million sq ft in 2014-15 (AprilMarch). Value of these bookings also saw growth of 58 per cent to Rs 2,398 crore. 
The developer's consolidated nprofit for the year rose 20 per cent to Rs 191 crore led by 54 per cent jump in total income at Rs 1,927 crore, the company said in its earnings release. 
The company's net profit for Q4 rose 6 per cent to Rs 51 crore, while total income increased by 65 per cent to Rs 718 crore.
