Mumbai: At the realty group, K Mordani, homes are a pathway to a luxurious life. "We take the concept of good living to a whole new level and our passion lies in creating homes and offices that contribute to a happier world," says says Kumar K Mordani, Managing Director, K Mordani group

A symbol of that is their latest luxury project —La Maison — in Bandra. A 21-storeyed tower, with two wings, the project has an easy accessibility to the business hub of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and is strategically located on the Western Express Highway (WEH).

La Maison will offer top-notch amenities to patrons like a business centre, a swimming pool, a library, a sky jogging track and a jacuzzi. One of the standouts is a 12-seater DTH theatre, where residents can watch movies. Besides which, the project will also offer entral Wi-Fi to residents.

K Mordani was always passionate about being a developer but started working towards his goal by joining his family business at the age of 18. Although his father ran a textile business, he was supportive of K Mordani's foray into real estate and always stood by him in his decisions.

At 28, he started his first residential project and K Mordani Realty was born. Over the years, the group has done luxury projects in Khar, Bandra and Santacruz.

"By consistently delivering on our promises, we hope to challenge the norms of Indian realty, create our own benchmarks and become the touchstone of good living. Our aim is to enrich lives with the homes we build," says K Mordani.

The homes on K Mordani's La Maison project will boast the finest amenities including an exclusive La Maison Cinemas to watch movies with friends and relatives.
