NOIDA: Gautambudh Nagar district administration has cracked down heavily on land mafia, who had encroached government land in Gejha-Tilpata in Phase two police station area.
Acting on the complaint of district administration, Noida police have lodged an FIR against five person in this connection. While show cause notice has been issued against sub-registrar of Noida phase two, asking how land was registered, without visiting the facts. The administration, in the coming days will continue drive against the errant land sharks.
On elaborating the details, sub division magistrate Rajesh Yadav said that an Fir has been lodged against land mafias for selling of 368.6 sq meter of Gejha-Tilpata. The accused have been identified as Dhani, Dayaram, Om Kumar . Sri Chand Bhati, Rajvir Tyagi.
"Dhani is seller while Dayaram and Om Kumar are purchaser. Srichand Bhati and Rajvir Tyagi are witnesses of the illegal deal. All five persons have been booked under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC," Yadav said that the market value of the land is nearly Rs 3 crore.
"The land is vacant. Before the accused develop any structure, we took action against them. In the coming days, such action will take place against errant land sharks by district administration," Yadav added.
"Without verifying the property, the land deal was registered. Show cause notice has been issued to sub registrar of Noida phase two. He has to explain, how he registered the deal despite verifying the facts," he added.
