Mumbai:  The 24th edition of the MCHI-CREDAI PROPERTY Expo was held from 9th-12th of April 2015, at the MMRDA Ground at Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai, where over 400 projects / properties were on display by over 60 builders in and around Mumbai.


The property expo was inaugurated by Azeem Zainulbhai, CFO,, in the presence of Bandish Ajmera, Chairman, Exhibition Committee and  Managing Committee Members & Vice Presidents Deepak Goradia, Nayan Shah, Mayur Shah, Boman Irani and S S Hussain, CEO, MCHI-CREDAI.  
The expo has witnessed many top banks and HFIs participating like State Bank of India, AXIS Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, LIC Housing Finance, Canara Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tata Capital presenting their product offerings to home buyers., was the title sponsor of the expo.
Similarly, major developers like Nirmal Lifestyle, Ekta World, Ajmera, JP Infra, Kabra Group, Atul Projects, Kanakia Spaces, HDIL, Mayfair Housing, Acme Group, Sangam Lifespaces  etc. have pulled all stops to impress customers at the property expo.
Ekta World, which swept the awards for innovative marketing techniques, customer information, responsiveness,  design etc, emerged as the most aggressive brand at the Expo. The awards were given to the participants on the basis of jury recommendations and also popular choice from among the visitors. 
Others, who were among the awardees in various categories were Kabra Group, HDIL, Runwal Group, La Homes, Romell Group, Nirmal Lifestyle, G:Corp Developers, Olympeo Infrastructure, Shankheshwar Group, India Bulls Housing & Finance, HDFC Home Loans, AXIS Bank, Ahuja Constructions, Lalani Group, Atul Group and Mehta Group for excellence in innovative marketing etc.
