Hyderabad: The sixth of edition of ‘Gruhapravesham’, India Property Online’s expo, saw thousands of property buyers converge at HITEX on Saturday.

 

The event was inaugurated by C. Shekar Reddy, national president Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI). He said real estate in Hyderabad was poised for change. He also said the overall sentiment was positive due to the government’s initiatives to ramp up infrastructure in the city.

 

India Property.com CEO Ganesh Vasudevan said the Hyderabad Gruhapravesham had received overwhelming response from property owners. The localities which received attention include Chandanagar, Nizampet, Bachupally and Madhapur, Kondapur and Pragathi Nagar.
