Property expo to be held next month

NASHIK: A four-day property exhibition, 'Shelter 2014,' will be held in the city from December 18 by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association (CREDAI), Nashik. The aim of the exhibition would be to bring all properties across the city under one umbrella to facilitate people to buy a property of their choice on one platform.

This is the seventh edition of Shelter- the largest real estate exhibition in north Maharashtra, which would be held at the Dongre Hostel ground in the city. The exhibition will have a total of 300 stalls and be open from 11am to 9pm. Apart from builders, there would be stalls by financial institutions and banks providing home loans so that the consumers can get information pertaining to such loans and interests o the same platform.

Speaking to TOI, CREDAI Nashik president Jayesh Thakkar said, "This is the seventh biennial exhibition being held in the city by CREDAI, Nashik. Our objective is to showcase the properties across the city under one umbrella to help people searching for their dream homes to get houses within their budget and in the location of their choice. This will save the time and money of consumers."

Thakkar added, "The shelter will have a total of 300 stalls of which 180 have been booked so far by builders and developers. Properties in the range of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 2 crore will be showcased in the expo. This is a good time for all home buyers and investors from across the state and country to invest in Nashik's growing real estate with the Kumbh Mela around the corner.
