Single window approval system for realty projects in UP-NCR

DELHI: Development authorities in UP-NCR have sent a proposal to the state government to provide all approvals to real estate developers under one roof so that not only are projects delivered in time, but it becomes easy for buyers to check their legal status. Currently, multiplicity of authorities in obtaining NOCs has been delaying projects.
