NASHIK: The real estate expo - Shelter 2014 - organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Nashik from Thursday, will showcase around 500 residential projects with close to around 5,000 flats.
City mayor Ashok Murtadak and municipal commissioner Praveen Gedam will inaugurate the four-day exhibition on Thursday evening to be held at Dongre Hostel Ground along the Gangapur Road area.
Naresh Karda, secretary of CREDAI, Nashik, said, "The preparations for the real estate expo is about to be complete. Over 100 builders and developers from across the city are participating in the exhibition. The exhibition will showcase around 500 residential projects and each will have flats ranging from five to 100 flats or more."
He added, "We aim to bring all properties across the city on one platform to facilitate and help buyers. This will save their time and provide them with various options for property at any location. They will also be able to know property prices across various city locations."
This is the seventh edition of Shelter 2014, the largest real estate exhibition in north Maharashtra. The exhibition will have a total of 328 stalls. The properties from flats, row houses, twin bungalows, farm houses and other properties will be showcased at the expo. Apart from builders, financial institutions and banks are also participating at the expo so that consumers will be able to get information pertaining to home loans and interest rates at the same platform.
