GRACS Star Rating For Developers

The launch of Genuine Reliability and Customer Satisfaction (G-RACS) Star rating for developers by would bring transparency in the realty sector, said CMD DS Tripathy on launching of the G-RACS rating here on Wednesday.

The G-RACS Star rating would be based on adequate satisfactory feedback with cent per cent accuracy received from authentic customers. This rating aims at mitigating risk factors for the customers buying property while ensuring standard services by the developer company.

The feedback would be gathered from the existing customers of the developer company with regards to service, quality and delivery of possession coupled with their recommendation to buy property and many other concerns of the customer, said Tripathy.

He further said that the realty market is getting more competitive by the day. Also the impact of global economy and a few negativity factors in the industry had brought down the customers confidence. A large section of the customers is waiting for standardised products.

The G-RACS rating would guide customers to know developer performance prior to buying property. The projects would be verified with their plan and bank approvals. The current status of projects with feedback of customers also gets tracked on continuous basis to ensure safe investment for property seekers, he said.
