Bhubaneswar: The State Bank of India (SBI) is organizing a two-day property exhibition at SBI LOCAL HEAD OFFICE, Bhubaneswar (Opp. Rabindra Mandap, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg) from 20th to 21st October, 2012.

Since a lot of people tend to buy or change homes during the summer vacation, the time is ripe for such an exhibition in the city. The event, supported by Orimark Properties, will witness the participation of over 40 renowned builders who would showcase their projects before the buyers and investors. With the real estate market being touted as the safest investment sector, a lot of people today are becoming more aware and inclined towards property exhibitions, which are a one-stop destination for them to voice for all their concerns and queries related to the estate market and find the relevant answers.

And, when such an exhibition is being organized by a reliable brand name like SBI, the benefits are galore. To begin with, all the properties are approved by SBI, which means they are cent-percent litigation free and risk free. So a buyer does have not have to think twice once he has made his choice.

The other advantage which most buyers look for is affordable housing. A property Xpo by SBI would allow buyers to go for budgeted housing yet in style. As per reports, properties ranging between Rs. 8 and Rs. 80 lakh will be on display at the exhibition. This apart, the fair would promote on-the-spot principle sanction and would also have no hidden costs and administrative charges. Besides, there are a slew of other discounts and offers which generally come with most property exhibitions.

On the home loan front too, the process gets easier when it comes to SBI with low interest rates. Buyers can get their home loan account parked at a branch nearest to their present or proposed residence. And, with free entry, this property fair in the capital city of Odisha isn't worth missing.
