Raipur: Credai Chhattisgarh is going to organize STATECON 2015, where it would witness a congregation of thinktanks to discuss about the latest developments in the State Realty sector, scheduled to be held on 26th of February Thursday, according to sources.


The conference will have four sessions  that would throw light on proposed reforms in the real estate sector, affordable housing, besides state specific issues in the sector and the role of real estate developers in the State’s growth.


Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh is likely to inaugurate the event on Thursday. Among others Minister H & FW, Commercial Taxes and Urban Administration & Development Shri Amar Agarwal, Minister PWD, Housing & Environment  and Transport Shri Rajesh Munat, Mayor Raipur Municipal Corporation, Shri Pramod Dubey and President, Credai National Shri Sekhar Reddy will address the gathering.


Besides, President Credai Chhattisgarh Shri Anand Singhania, Shri S S Bajaj, Director Town & Country Planning, Chhattisgarh Govt., Shri Sanjay Shukla, Secretary-Housing and Environment, among other dignitaries will deliberate their views about the State’s real estate scenario on the occasion.
