GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Time of Completion : Possession of
the flats shall be given within 18 months from the date
of agreement with the company in the company’s
prescribed format and on full and final payment to
the company.

Electric Meter : Procurement
of Electric Meters for the individual flats shall be as
per CESCO rules and expenses shall be paid for by the
flat purchaser.
v
Transfer and Registration : The expenses for
preparing Sale Deed, Cost of Stamp Papers, Registration
fees, Govt. Duty, Solicitors Fees, Service Tax, other
Duties, taxes and charges if any as applicable
under the relevant Acts and Rules on the date of
Transfer shall be borne by the Purchaser.
