Amenities :
 

Structure :
The structure shall be made with R.C.C. frame with a ratio of 1:2:4 as per direction of engineer of the promoter company.
The peripheral brick walls shall be of 10" thickness while the internal partition walls shall be 5" thickness.
Brick Masonry work shall be carried out in 1:6 morter and internal and external plaster shall be done in 1:4 morter.

Doors & Windows :
Main door of the flat shall be provided in Teak wood.
All door frame shall be at Sal/Assam Teak.
All doors other than the main doors shall be flush door.
All windows shall be made of Aluminum section along with M.S. Grills and Pin Head Glasses.

 
     
 

 

Flooring :
Inside the flat Marble flooring shall be provided.
Ceremic floor tiles shall be provided inside the Toilets.

Kitchen :
Granite platform along with 2'-00 height dado above the platform of ceramics tiles shall be provided.
Stainless steel kitchen sink shall be provided to maintain the cleanliness.

Bath Room/Toilets :
In common toilet orissa Pan+Wash basin shall be provided.
In attached toilet Europan Pan+Wash basin shall be provided.
Dado up to door Height  shall be provided in ceremics wall tiles in all Bath rooms.
All necessary C.P. fittings shall be provided Hot and cold water Mixtures, Bib cocks, Pillar cocks,Showers etc.

Electrical Installation :

 
Necessary Geyser points shall be provided in all the Bath Rooms/Toilets. 

 

                                                        
 

Water Supply :
U/G & O/H water tank of reasonable storage capacity shall be provided.
If possible, separate water connection from Bhubaneswar
water works shall be taken at your cost.
Internal concealed conduiting &copper wiring & electrical fittings shall be provided by us except fan,tube light etc.  
TV.& Telephone point shall be provided at the required place.
Necessary extra cost for Electrical connection shall be born by the buyer against cost of Transformers, Panel Boards, Cable, Bus Bar, Main, Sub-Main and deposit money etc. as and when demanded.

Colour Wash & Finishes : 
Drawing & Dining Hall shall be finished with POP and thereafter finally painted with Oil Bond Distemper.
All other areas shall be painted with Oil Bond Distemper.
Door shall be oil painted.
Exterior of the building shall be finished in snowcem paint.

 

 

 
   

Boundary Wall & Gate :
Necessary Boundary Wall & Gates shall be provided.

Funishing (Optional at Extra Cost) :
All Bed Rooms will have Acs.
One TV,180 Ltr.Refrigerator, Washing Machine shall be provided.
5 Seated sofa +2 Poofies along with Central Table in Drawing Room shall be provided.
6 Seated Dinning Table set shall be provided in dinning Room.
All Bed Rooms will have Double Bed with Side Tables.
Modular Kitchen shall be provided.
Necessary Wardrobes shall be provided in all bed rooms.
All windows shall have curtains.
